I couldn’t wait to see Chelsea’s wedding pictures.  With all the talk about the cost of this wedding, I was sure it was going to be a elegant affair.

Chelsea Clinton wore a white Vera Wang wedding dress to exchange vows in from of 400-500 guests, including Vera Wang herself.  The strapless Vera Wang dress featured a diagonally draped bodice, ballgown skirt made out of raw edged laser-cut swirling silk organza, and a train in silk tulle.

Marc Mezvinsky wore a handsome black suit.  Mother of the bride, looked beautiful in an elegant raspberry-hued dress with puffy shoulders and a tied waist by Oscar de la Renta. Bill Clinton wore a slim black suit and narrow tie.

Alyssa Milano and David Bugliari.  Alyssa wore a beautiful gown made by Vera Wang.  Their wedding took place at his parents’ New Jersey estate.  It was reported that the wedding was very personal, reflecting who they were as a couple.

Salma Hajek & Francois-Henri Pinault.  The beautiful actress married the billionaire at a 18th-century opera house in Venice.  She looked absolutely gorgeous in her Balenciaga wedding gown, designed by Nicholas Ghesquiere .  This wedding was reported as being all about love, family, friends and song!

Ivanka Tump & Jared Kushner.  Ivanka wore a stunning wedding gown custom-made by Vera Wang.  They married at Trump National Golf Club in the presence of 500 guests.

Ali Larter & Hayes MacArthur. Heroes actress Ali Larter tied the knot with actor Hayes MacArthur at his parents’ estate in Kennebunkport, Maine. The dress is part of the Vera Wang Luxe Collection and is called Luxe Le Notre. It retails for $8,900.

Mad Men babe Christina Hendricks and (500) Days of Summer actor Geoffrey Arend wed at Il Buco restaurant in New York City in October 2009.  Christina was wearing a Carolina Herrera wedding gown which looked absolutely stunning on her.

Carrie Underwood and Ottawa Senator Mike Fisher are engaged!  Mike proposed to Carrie on Sunday.  “It’s true,” Fisher tells the Toronto Sun. “We’re both obviously excited and very happy.”

Carrie’s engagement ring is a gorgeous five plus round brilliant diamond.  Experts estimate its value at about $150,000.00.

The wedding date has not been decided as of yet, but rumors are it will take place the summer of 2010.  I’ll keep you posted!
